AM-Financial Management, LLC was established by Mirlene Dubreuze and Alexandra Palacios with the sole purpose of providing services to individuals and families with the routine tasks of daily money management.
Mirlene Dubreuze, Co-Founder
MIRLENE DUBREUZE, CDMM®
For 20 years Mirlene Dubreuze has been managing a law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship administration. Prior to that, she was a probate paralegal for five years. She holds a BS in Business Administration and is a Certified Daily Money Manager®. In addition to managing the law firm, Mirlene also provides support to small business clients with a focus on busy professionals who do not have the time to manage their elderly parents’ finances. Mirlene also aids adults with special needs. For young professionals starting their careers, Mirlene helps them create a budget that will serve them long term. Seeing a need for this type of service in the community, Mirlene decided to start AM-Financial Management, LLC with her partner, Alexandra Palacios. For years, Mirlene has been active in her community and continues to hold board positions in various not-for-profit organizations.
Alexandra Palacios, Co-Founder
ALEXANDRA PALACIOS
Alexandra is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Political Science International Relations and Comparative Politics and a minor in Criminal Justice. For over 10 years, she has worked at a boutique Law Firm that specializes in Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Probate to high-net-worth clients. After having a conversation of an elderly individual who had her electricity disconnected because her personal banker forgot to pay her electric bill, Alexandra had a revelation. She realized that she possessed the skills to help this individual and others manage their finances. That is how the idea for AM-Financial came to life to provide clients with a more personalized money management experience.
